About Me

I am completing graduate training in clinical psychology at Columbia University (expected May 2026) where my research focuses on mental health, culture, and access to care. Alongside academic work, I’ve collaborated with research teams, including designing and translating educational materials for a literacy research project at Stanford University, and supported nonprofit and community organizations in turning their expertise into clear, usable resources. Across these settings, I repeatedly saw the same problem: important insights existed, but they were difficult for the people who needed them most to interpret or apply.

My work focuses on structuring complex information — research findings, program knowledge, or policy ideas — into communication that supports shared understanding and practical action. This includes research translation documents, educational guides, and materials that help organizations explain their impact to different audiences. I also support organizations in building clearer online presences, ensuring their websites and digital materials reflect the value of their work and make it easier for people to engage with it.

I approach projects collaboratively and iteratively, working closely with teams to understand their goals, audiences, and constraints. The aim is not just to produce materials, but to help organizations communicate with clarity and confidence.
